Privacy
PRL is committed to complying with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
The PRL website can be accessed without disclosing your personal data. However, if you contact PRL or register with PRL to receive occasional newsletters you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, and contact information such as your e-mail address.
PRL will record the information you provide but will not share it with any other companies for any marketing purposes.
If you subsequently decide you do not want PRL to contact you, you can request that we remove your details from our mailing list. You may continue to receive mailings that are already on-route to you for a short period of time while any such request is being dealt with.
Security
Contact details from e-mails received by PRL will be recorded by PRL who undertakes to take reasonable measures to protect the disclosure of this information. However, the nature of the Internet and electronic communication means that no absolute guarantee of security can be offered, and you should be aware that there may be a small security risk in exceptional circumstances when disclosing information online.
